Can you post my apartment for sublet? I have a 2 bdrm apartment for sublet in the Yonge/Lawrence area (Central Toronto) – 5 minute walk to the subway (or less), lots of parks, one subway stop north of Yonge/Eglinton.

Minutes walk out to Yonge where there are lots of cafes, restaurants, shops, groceries, video store. The neighbourhood is a great community of young professionals, young families, singles.

I can send copies of my online photo album, under a separate email for anyone that is seriously interested.

Price is $1200 all inclusive: Apartment within a house (Triplex): furnished, linens, towels provided all utilities, internet, cable. There is a BBQ, washer/dryer within the apartment, dishwasher and newly renovated 2 years ago.

It is a dug out basement and definitely bright, with oversized windows in every room. I would not be living here with my 11 year old if it were a dungeon – I am a huge light person.

Hey guys,

I’m the Prod Manager on a short film and we’re looking for locations to shoot a couple scenes.

We need a space that can be dressed to look like a wealthy couple’s home, preferably with massive windows.  And we also need a similar space that we can dress like the Shopping Network studio or any TV studio.

The director is doing this out of his own pocket so we need locations that we can use at no cost but we can give screen credit.  Do any of you know someone who has such a space and would be interested in chatting with me about it?
