Description: Our client located in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) is a leading supplier of technology and solutions that help companies measure, consolidate and optimize the server resources in the data center. Their unique workload portability platform is ideal for enterprises looking to balance and optimize the use of both physical and virtual infrastructure server environments to improve service levels and lower operational costs. Our client was recently named one of the top 25 up-and-coming technology companies by The Branham Group and named Best new Company by The 2005 International Business Awards. We are currently seeking experienced Corporate Account Managers to join our clients expanding team. We are looking for the right blend of skills, experience, and attitude to fill this important role. Solid experience and knowledge of territory prospecting, lead qualification and software sales are required. Above all we’re looking for people who are smart, have no fear of challenges, and can get things done.

Key Requirements: (i.e. Experience, education, technical skills, competencies etc.)
• Manage and drive sales opportunities, negotiate & close business and manage business relationship with channel partners and distributors
• Work as a “team” with Business Development and Channel Sales Directors to effectively manage assigned territories
• Update database and track inquiries and sales opportunities for analysis and ROI considerations
• Support Channel Sales Directors and Channel Partners/Resellers
• Travel to events and customer/partner sites as needed
• Managing the weekly Webinar series in assigned territory
• Aggressive, high energy and a team player that interfaces well at all levels within the organization
• Experience in business development, negotiation, and closing business
• Flexibility in working with different time zones
• Strong selling and closing skills with proven track record of exceeding quotas in software sales
• Strong technical aptitude and able to work hands on with products
• Experience and knowledge of datacenter infrastructure software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills “10/10”
• Self motivated, goal oriented
• Ability to execute on multiple priorities to be successful in this fast paced environment
• Minimum of 3+ years of direct/channel inside sales experience
• Experience with Salesforce.com a plus
