Assistant Executive Director position

The assistant executive director will be responsible for managing, evaluating and recommending refinements to the organization’s Corporate Services systems – financial, business integrity, communication, information technology and facilities management. Responsible for responsive leadership on corporate service matters to staff and external stakeholders. This position is responsible for demonstrating commitment to the organization’s values and beliefs and for contributing to the strategic and business plan development and initiatives.

Key Skills , Competencies and Characteristics:

  • A minimum of 7 years of successful team management experience
  • A minimum of 7 years work experience for a non profit organization in a senior leadership role
  • Graduate degree in health sciences, adult education , business management from a recognized University
  • A visionary leader with exceptional skills in relationship management and operational management and team building.

It will be critical that this leader engage and facilitate an enthusiastic teamstrong strategic planning with extensive knowledge working with IT and finance departments:

  • Oversee the Consultancy team regarding both the internal and external communication of the organization (internal and external members)
  • Experience putting together quarterly financial reports
